File Requirements All files provided should be a copy of the original and will not be returned. All jobs must meet minimum requirements in order to be processed. See File Specifications. Changing Files Once Sent to Press Once a job has been "sent to press", no changes are allowed to the artwork, job characteristics or turnaround time. If the order has not yet gone to press, the customer will be required to pay any additional fees associated with the changes. Turnaround Times Business hours start Monday at 8 a.m. and end Friday at 5 p.m. Weekends and Holidays are not included when calculating turn around time. Cut-off time for production is 3:00 p.m. EST (12:00 p.m. PST) during business days. Turn around time starts after Halo Concepts has received final approval of the proof. Halo Concepts will refund rush charges or give a courtesy rush on a future order if a rush deadline is not met. However, cancellation of an order based on turn around is only allowed if the order clearly states that the order is time sensitive and must be shipped by a certain date. If Halo Concepts is not able to meet the shipping deadline agreed upon, the order will be cancelled at no additional charge. Halo Concepts cannot guarantee expected delivery dates. Orders may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, breakdown of equipment, acts of God, etc. Halo Concepts cannot assume responsibility for damages resulting from failure to receive a job on time. Hard Copy Proofs Halo Concepts will re-run any order that does not resemble the color and/or positioning of the approved final proof. In the case that an official proof is not supplied, color and/or positioning will be according to the exact file specifications. Halo Concepts is not responsible for the accuracy of layouts. Proof read all materials carefully. Following postal restrictions for postcard backside is not the responsibility of Halo Concepts. Inquire about restrictions at a local post office before approving the final proof. Sales All sales are final. Full payment including shipping and handling are due at the time the order is placed. Complaints Complaints must be received within 24 hours of receipt of job. If the job contains any defects or manufacturing errors, we will rerun the job at no cost. Halo Concepts reserves the right to determine what is a defect or manufacturers error. Refund Policy Refunds are not given after an order has been approved for printing. Refunds will only be given in lieu of reprinting at the sole discretion of Halo Concepts. A $20.00 processing fee plus any other fees accumulated will be charged on a cancelled order that has not yet been approved for printing. Halo Concepts will refund rush charges or give a courtesy rush on a future order if a rush deadline is not met. See section on Turn Around Time. Sales Tax All Idaho orders are subject to sales tax. In order to become tax exempt, you must supply the appropriate certificate. Shipping Halo Concepts utilized the services of multiple shippers. If you have a preference, it must be agreed to at the time of the order. UPS: Once your Package(s) has been picked up by UPS, it is up to UPS to deliver the Package(s). All orders have INSURANCE to protect yourself for any LOST or DAMAGED Package(s) that may incur during shipping. Halo Concepts will not refund or compensate for LOST or DAMAGED Package(s) directly caused by shipping. If your Package(s) is DAMAGED, please keep all packaging materials and product in it original form and notify us immediately. Although we take no responsibility on refund or compensation caused by shipping, we will try our best to help you on claiming the INSURANCE. FedEx: Once your Package(s) has been picked up by FedEx, it is up to FedEx to deliver the Package(s). All orders have INSURANCE to protect yourself for any LOST or DAMAGED Package(s) that may incur during shipping. Halo Concepts will not refund or compensate for LOST or DAMAGED Package(s) directly caused by shipping. If your Package(s) is DAMAGED, please keep all packaging materials and product in it original form and notify us immediately. Delta Freight: Once your Package(s) has been picked up by Delta, it is up to Delta to deliver the Package(s). Halo Concepts will not refund or compensate for LOST or DAMAGED Package(s) directly caused by shipping. If your Package(s) is DAMAGED, please keep all packaging materials and product in it original form and notify us immediately. Although we take no responsibility on refund or compensation caused by shipping, we will try our best to help you on claiming the INSURANCE. Indemnification Harmless and Save: The client agrees to protect Halo Concepts from economic loss and any other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with the work. This means that the client will hold Halo Concepts harmless and save, indemnify and otherwise defend him/her against claims demands actions and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence. Copyrights: The client warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. The client also recognizes that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The client further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties the client agrees to indemnify and hold Halo Concepts harmless for all liability damages and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. Personal or economic rights: The client also warrants that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous or anything that threatens anyone's right to privacy or other personal or economic rights. The client will at the client's sole expense promptly and thoroughly defend Halo Concepts all legal actions on these grounds as long as Halo Concepts promptly notifies the client of the legal action and gives the client reasonable time to undertake and conduct a defense. The client reserves the right to use his or her sole discretion in refusing to print anything he or she deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper, or infringing upon copyright law.
